North passes and East opens 1 with a good rebid of 2 to (almost) whatever partner says. South probably passes but might toss in a 1 bid, but that doesn't change West's 1 response. North passes, and East rebids 2. West is pretty sure that's not hiding 3-card support (if there was no overcall by South) but can check by bidding 3, a variation on New Minor Forcing (sometimes called Extended new minor forcing). Opener probably rebids 3NT and that ends the auction.
South will probably lead a 4th best , and when East makes a hold up play, South will likely overtake the 10 and continue a 3rd round of (which actually turns out to a be a mistake). Now, East leads a to the Q and, if North makes the mistake of winning this trick, East will make the contract -- being able to establish the and still have an entry to them in the A -- making 2, 1, 4, and 2 for 9 tricks. If North finds the winning play of a ducking the A, then he can win the 2nd and cut communication between the hands and set the contract -- holding East to 2, 1, 2, and 2 -- for down 2.

East passes, South passes, and West opens 1NT. North definitely has something to say about that - so depending on partnership agreements, he'll probably just choose to show a pretty good hand with (e.g., in DONT , he'll double and then bid .) East has decent values but not enough to bid, so this either goes to North in 2 or West could get a little pushy and try to find his way to 3.
But let's say North plays 2. Trips to the dummy are very rare - only one is guaranteed in , one is possible in but also requires a guess and cooperative defense - so declarer will have to be careful about using it, although the defense probably can't help but help. So if North gets everything right, he can lose 1, 3, and 1. (Though on the expected lead from East the play becomes much easier.)

South opens 1, so West passes (or possibly overcalls 1, but this hand can probably pass comfortably.) North has a tough hand to bid if West passes. (If West overcalls, North can easily bid 2.) If 3 would be an invitational and natural bid, that could work, but otherwise he probably has to make something that doesn't quite fit - lying about points with 2/1 2 or lying about shape with maybe 2NT. Either way, it feels like the end point here is 3NT, with both North and South hoping their long suits will pan out. And in almost no case do East-West find out about their !
It's a little unfortunate that neither nor pan out as a source of tricks before the defense gets in. This will make it likely that South goes down in 3NT. But if West leads a 4th best then South has a chance. Normally in this card combo South would play low, hoping to force an honor and then lead up to the Jack for a second trick. If South guesses to go up with the Jack then South will likely make the contract -- scoring 2, 5, 1, and either a third or the K if West shifts to a .

The modern style is to open this 5332 11 HCP hand with a good 5-card suit (11 HCP plus 1 length point) 1. North passes and West jumps to 3 to show a 4-card limit raise. South is tempted to bid 4, but vulnerable he will like stay out of the auction, and it will end there.
The trump break isn't going to make this easy, but it's also not really a problem since declarer's losers can't really be solved with ruffs (aside from the , so he just needs to ruff that before pulling all the trump.) Declarer comes to 1, 2, 1 ruff, and 5 tricks.

North opens 1, but both East and South pass. West has a good hand for balancing in with 1, and so North reopens with a double. East raises to 2 and South probably passes again (although he could bid 3). West passes and now North bids 3 whether South chooses to bid or not. East probably competes to 3 on the 9-card fit and that ends the auction.
It's a good stop, especially if declarer can diagnose North's singleton A (but even if he misses that, he'll still have chances to finesse South for the J.) Then he loses 1, 1, 1, and only 1 -- either by capturing one of the honors offside or getting the suit right for a discard.

East passes and South preempts 2 at the top of the range. That precludes West from bidding (2NT is natural here, not Unusual), and vulnerable opposite a passed hand, he probably won't bid. North has to decide if this is good enough to force with a 2 bid or to just let lie -- opposite a second seat preempt it is best to pass.
South has to find a way to get to the dummy in 2. On the K lead, he wins, but if he tries to cross in , declarer will go down, losing 1, 2, the A, and 2 ruffs.

South passes and West opens 1, so North is also faced with a small problem. He can't double with only 2 , and while he could overcall 1 or 1 on a 4-card suit, pass also is reasonable. Let's say that North passes and then East bids 1. South now overcalls 1 and West makes a Support Double(s) . North bids 1NT and that will likely end the auction.
1NT by North should have a variety of different results. On a likely high lead, North should win and get started on the suit ASAP. This will result in 3, 2, and 1 for sure. North will have to just build one other trick before E/W build their tricks. EW will score 3, 2, and 1 for sure. If they can score 3 and set up a , they have a chance of beating the contract, but it looks like many Norths will succeed in developing 7 tricks first.

West opens 1 and North can go ahead and preempt 3 (his 2 Aces aren't quite as much of a concern for preempting since slam is a lot less likely when the opponent has opened.) East still makes a 3 raise, and South passes. West doesn't like the waste of the K, but he has a lot of other values, so he probably goes to game anyway.
It's true that the K isn't as wasted as he worried, but it will be the suit that really causes declarer problems. He can lose 1, 1, 1, and a ruff for down 1.
