North opens 1 and East passes, so South starts with a (semi-)forcing 1NT bid. West also passes (or maybe doubles) and North rebids 2. South corrects that to 2 (probably - it is also possible that South bids 2 and North corrects to 2) and North probably bumps that to 3, hoping South has the perfect cards. But South does not, and EW probably won't find their fit either.
The best idea for EW at this point would be to let North play and go down. North loses 2, 1, and 1 always, but then also has to try to set up the (which the defense can force to be 2 more losers by leading trump.)

East passes and South probably does too - 11 pts but no shape - so West gets to opens 2. That makes North's bid a much bigger problem from the pressure of being at the 2-level. If North bids 2, it will be hard for South to refrain from bidding 4 (although the KJ are not attractive and he may just make a 3 cuebid, which North will drop in 3.) If North passes, South probably also passes this out. Looks like a victory for a preempt!
EW in 2 is a making contract, so that's an extra victory for the preempt. NS in 3+ won't fare so well - declarer loses 1, 2, 1, and 1, but then should be OK.

South opens 1 and West passes. North responds 1 and East passes. South rebids 2, and likely ends the auction.
There's not a lot to 2 - declarer loses 2, 2, and 1. (Other contracts are a little more interesting but unlikely - if South gets to play 1NT, he can take his 6 tricks and add that to whatever the defense probably sets up for him with a lead, or he forces another trick with really any other suit, although seems most likely. 2 won't go quite as well - declarer loses 1, 2, and 2, and then has to deal with 4-2 trump and little losing .)

West passes and North opens 1. East passes and South starts with 1. North raises that to 2 and South may check that North has actually raised on a 4-card suit, and then bid on to 4 (it's also possible South offers 3NT, but North corrects to 4 anyways).
When the K is finessable (and the J), declarer only has to lose 1 and 1.

North opens 1 and so East stays quiet. South scrapes up a 1 bid and West is a little stuck. He probably chooses to pass for now since NS are vulnerable and defending may be his most lucrative move. North raises to 2, and now it's possible East doubles for takeout, and South passes. West would pass that in a heartbeat, but even if East doesn't double, West is likely to leave NS here to struggle in 2. (Another auction all together occurs if South passes to start with - then EW probably play some partscore or NT.)
The defense should always get their 3 and 3 tricks, and then if West can get a ruff, they can beat this contract 2 tricks for a better score than anything they could have played, even undoubled!

East passes, South passes, and West opens 1 (maybe 1NT, but this hand doesn't have any rebid problems, so there's no real push for it.) North passes and East bids 1NT (not really even semi-forcing anymore). West rebids 2 and East most likely passes that, ending the auction. If somehow anyone else kept bidding, West would certainly compete one more time, but East probably still won't be talked into bidding game.
It is a pretty perfect lie of the cards to let this make 10 tricks - North has the K (and the 8), South has the A, and even with the 4-1 break, that's enough to make 10 tricks here double dummy. It's likely to be important here to duck the (supposed) opening . However, it's more likely that declarer makes just 9 tricks here, losing one in each suit, because transportation to the dummy is hard to come by and neither the exact nor situation is known to declarer.

South passes and West opens either 1 with a plan to rebid 2NT or just opens 2NT now with some extra credit for those great . 2NT also makes it a lot harder for North to come in with the , although he may still (very aggressively) bid 3. East is passing (but probably would have bid a weak 3 if he could), and South very well may bump to 4 with his support and shape.
So this feels like either West gets to play 2NT or North plays 4. 2NT doesn't work out great if the defense finds the shift (and even if they don't find that shift, it will be tough on West.) 4 does work out very well, though, since the 2NT opening makes it very very easy to place missing points, and declarer loses 1, 1, and 1 only.

West passes and North preempts with 2. East stays quiet and South passes with a good hand but nowhere to go. So now West can either pass this out, or balance with a slightly off-shape double, which East would pass quite happily.
So this hand will probably have North playing 2, maybe doubled. That goes very poorly for declarer. His only top trick is the A, but he should come to a and a and maybe a eventually, and then a long or two, but still down probably 3 tricks.
