North opens 1 and East passes, so South probably just invites with 2NT. West has nothing to add and North is a bare minimum, so here we are in everyone’s favorite contract.
Even if the defense gets it right to go after , declarer should still be OK here as long as she takes the finesse and plays for the honors to be split - coming to 3, 2, and 3 tricks.

East opens 1 and South overcalls 1 with plans to bid a lot more , but not wanting to mislead partner that this isn’t a real hand by jumping now. West, however, has an amazing fit for partner’s and can go ahead and Splinter into 3 (unless a jump cuebid shows something else, then she will just need to make a regular 2 cuebid and then bid game.). North has support and a weak hand, but these colors might be too rich to bid 4 on a 4432 hand, so maybe she scrapes up a 3 bid if that’s still available, but East has no problem bidding 4. Now even if South bids 4, both West and East would compete to 5, so that looks like where we land.
Declarer loses that 1 trick (duplicated shortness!) and 1, but is otherwise in good shape when both the finesse is on and the are 3-3.

South opens 1 (really a lot of tricks in this hand, but it’s “only” 15 HCP and 2-suited and void in , so there’s really no danger of 1 being passed out, so no reason to open 2.) West passes and North tries 1 (of course), so East also stays quiet. Now South can show power by jump-shifting to 3, and North with 2 Aces might perk up a little. But North still only has the lonely 2, so he offers 3NT. South shouldn’t let that go just yet - rebidding either 4 or 4, somewhat on table feel. North probably then raises to 5 (or even better, answers minorwood) or passes 4, so it feels like getting to a slam will be difficult on this hand.
But slam is technically there in either red suit because the are 3-3 and the K is onside and the T is smotherable and the are 3-2 and the K is onside. Those statistics enthusiasts of you know just how unlikely it is that even most of those conditions are met (although that necessity does change a little depending on the actual slam bid), so not bidding this slam shouldn’t cause anyone any angst.

West opens 1 and causes North some pause, but North probably goes ahead with overcalling 1. East bids 1 and South just keeps quiet. West rebids 1NT and East corrects to 2 (the suit is great but the rest of the hand is lacking, so probably not worth an invite.). West is tippy-top of her range, but really can’t go anywhere from there, so 2 it is.
This plays just fine - when the Q falls immediately, declarer just loses 1, 1, and 2. Of course those same 9 tricks are available in NT, so that game would have made (but hard to get to with a 9-card fit unless West really insists.)

North passes and East is faced with a classic problem hand. Many times the solution for this is to open 1NT, even with a singleton Ace. If she does open 1NT, she’ll buy it there. (If instead she opens 1 and bids 2 over partner’s 1, she’ll play it in 2, an inferior contract for lots of reasons. If she opens 1, she may need to rebid 1NT over 1.)
So let’s look at 1NT. It’ll be a bit of a scramble, but declarer can come to 2, 1, 1, and 3 to just make it.

East passes and South opens 1. West passes, so North starts with 1 (but has plans for a lot more!) South rebids 1NT, and North just bids 3NT to avoid giving the opponents any more info and reasonably certain this is the best place to play opposite partner's balanced 12-14. (Another possibility is some form of New Minor Forcing to see if partner has 5-card , in which case 6 is of interest.)
There are indeed 12 NT tricks here, but it’s not blindingly obvious, even when the dummy hits. Declarer can go after some extra tricks by double hooking the (an awfully big play to the 8 at the first opportunity…), hooking the , and/or setting up the with split honors AND the T doubleton. Another hand where a declarer who actually gets 12 tricks should still be pretty pleased with herself even if it wasn’t bid.

South could go ahead and open this 11-count 1 based on the shape, the support for whatever Major partner might bid, and the genuine desire for a lead, so East starts with a 1 overcall. North probably just passes that (or may stretch to bid 1NT), and East starts with 1 if allowed. Now South stays quiet and West rebids 1NT to show a balanced hand, so since East doesn’t have a compelling reason to run from that, here we are. (West could also raise to 2.)
In 1NT, declarer loses those 5 tricks right off the bat and then the K is off but the Q is on, so it looks like 7 tricks is the limit.

West passes and North opens 1. East overcalls 1NT a little heavy or starts with a double. South passes 1NT or offers 2 non-forcing if East doubled, and North rebids 2 or raises to 3 (although West might complicate that with a 2 bid over a double, but that would be pretty pushy.) There’s bound to be a little more competition, probably with East’s , but it seems like NS will prevail with or even , but probably not game unless they are pushed there.
But a game would have been OK here since so many of the points are marked in East’s hand. North declarer only has to lose 1 (playing East for Ax) and 1, but if somehow South declared, the defense could attack from the other side to come to one more trick there. Playing in is less attractive because leads can cause declarer to lose control pretty quickly.
