North opens 1 and East passes, so South just bids 3NT as the best and most descriptive bid for his hand, 13-15 points and no 4-card Major. He could also consider an Inverted Minors 2, since he doesn't really have a good stopper in either Major, and get partner to play the NT bid instead.
3NT is the right place to be - declarer has 2 and 5 off the top, and then can lead up to the and actually has the comfortably stopped (once at least), although it may not feel like it at first.

East opens 2 and South passes, so West's best bid right now is 4. This has the intended effect of making North's decision very hard. He is decently sure that 4 won't make, but he also has enough losers in his hand that he might not want to declare. So he either doubles for penalty (if that's partnership agreement) or bids 5. In either case, South probably has little to add, although it is possible over a double that South might bid 4NT and correct 5 to 5.
We can see that minor suit slams are here (and pretty close to laydown) for NS, but the preempt makes it very hard to get to either of them.

South opens 1NT, which West passes, and North transfers to . East passes and South accepts the transfer with 2. North really likes his hand but has no additional shape, so he just jumps to 3NT. South probably corrects that to 4, but North should still let that go.
As it happens, there are 11 tricks in NT as well, so if any Souths passed 3NT, they will get a very good matchpoint score, but 4 making 5 should be fine too. Declarer loses at least one and probably two tricks - if the defense doesn't knock out that entry to the dummy, declarer might be able to set up the for two pitches and then can lose just one trick there - but that also is problematic and may not work for entry issues.

West opens 1 and North overcalls 1 (although it's very close to doubling and bidding in terms of playing strength.) East doubles and South tries 1NT just to show some values. West is done and North just bids 4. (If he started with a double, East could bid 1, South still 1NT, and North still 4.)
If East can be found to hold the A pretty early, it shouldn't be too hard to finesse West for the Q although he does have to do it right away since he can't get to the dummy again after the K, and then declarer can lose just 1 and 2 because he can't finesse. Of course, that's easy to say double dummy - it's entirely possible that at a table, declarer has a much more difficult time making this in terms of timing, transportation, and deciding which finesses to take.

North opens 1 and East passes. South starts with a (semi-)forcing 1NT and now West probably needs to say something, but what? He probably just decides to double and see what partner has to say. North still rebids 2 (or maybe 2) and East passes, happy to be off the hook, so now South will need to choose between just correcting to 2 or a little aggressively inviting with something like 2NT. If he just bids 2, North leaves it probably (or maybe bumps to 3 and South to 4, especially at IMPs), but 2NT would get North to bid 4. (And if North had just rebid 2, South would pass.)
Game would work - with the A onside, North can get away with just losing 2 (ruffing one as early as possible) and 1.

East passes and South does too, but West opens - the debate is between 1 and 1. If the K were in the suit, this would be a much better candidate for a reverse, but this hand probably really isn't, so West opens 1, planning to treat this as 5-5. (Arguments can also be made for opening some number of , treating it as 6-4 and hiding the , because you "know" NS have .) North passes, East bids 1, and South passes. Now West rebids 2 and East is in a similar situation to the last hand - whether to correct to 2 or invite with 2NT? In either case, West bids 3 and East has to decide where to go with that. Holding two Aces is a big plus, but bidding game in is a big stretch, so it's hard to say. East might choose pass, 4, 5, or even 3NT.
We can see that are better - there, declarer only has to lose 1 and 1 - but in 3NT, a lead (maybe hard to find), prevents declarer's transportation to the extra trick.

South passes, West passes, and North opens 1NT. East bids his however he can (although passing, red, with that really anemic suit is not unreasonable.) That should leave South room to transfer to , and 2 looks like the end of this auction.
North has to lose those 3 tricks and a , and then has a lot of to deal with and "knows" that the finesse is off as he suspects East of having , but at least his spots are good, so there's just one more loser there (or another loser if the defense clears that entry early.) If East happens to lead , declarer probably tries to draw 2 rounds of trump and pitch a on the A, which may lead to another trick.

AiB Team - Robert Todd and Theri Andino Hand Analysis

West passes, North passes, and East opens 1. South passes and West scrapes up a 1 response, which North passes, so East makes a jump-shift into 3. West isn't happy about that, but it is game forcing, so he tries 3NT, and East corrects that to 4.
It's really quite a shame that this doesn't work - finesse is off, A is offside, and don't split/the J isn't in the short side, and declarer winds up with too many losers, although the defense will really be forced to help him out eventually.
