AiB Team - Robert Todd and Theri Andino Hand Analysis

North passes and East opens 1 with a very minimum hand, but that does make it a lot harder for South to say anything. West could respond with 1 if he's concerned about for NT, but he could also just bid either 2NT or 3NT now and give the opponents as little information as possible. 2NT is probably the best choice.
It is possible that North leads against NT, but also very possible not to since he has so few values and no entries - so he may try to "find" partner's suit. That's hard to do with the opening bid, but not impossible. If he does find it, the defense will take the first 4 tricks and then declarer will have to navigate the world of finesses on this hand very carefully - not taking the finesse but double finessing , which seems like asking a lot, especially since South didn't bid, so it feels like this contract is unlikely to make at the table. Most likely that on a lead West scores 4, 2, and 2 to make 8 tricks.

East passes and South opens 1. West passes and North starts with 1. South jumps to 2NT to show his 18 points, so North continues with something forcing and interested in hearing if partner has 3-card support, probably 3. But South only has the 2, so 3NT seems the most likely contract.
That is indeed the best scoring contract - declarer should come to 4, 2, 2, and up to 3, but the defense will take their 3 tricks (, , ) before he can take all of those.

South opens 1 and West keeps very quiet. North game forces into 2, so East knows to hold his tongue. South has extra values and rebids 3, so North must choose between repeating his or bidding 3NT with Kx. 3NT is reasonable. But if North does bid 3, then South doesn't want to give up just yet with 3NT, so he's got to do something else. If 4NT would be quantitative, that is a nice bid -- with 3 already having shown extra values, 4NT shows even more, about 17-18 points and likely shortness in . North really just needs the T from partner or for it to fall for his hand to be great for slam, so he may bid 6NT. ( If 4NT would not be interpreted this way then South may need to "make something up" like 3 and see where things go from there.)
If he does bid the slam, he will be rewarded - once the A is gone, it's easy to get to 12 tricks with 2, 2, 5, and 3.

West passes and North opens 1NT. East can go ahead and overcall with his - and he does have a good suit but the 7222 shape is not attractive and since partner is a passed hand, game isn't terribly likely, so he might as well just go with a direct 2 (rather than a DONT double or the like.) South doubles to show values, and even though North is a maximum, he doesn't have a stopper, so he can either pass or trot out his suit, but that's likely to just get them into trouble when South doesn't have a fit. Let's have North make what turns out to be the winning decision and pass, even though it may be unlikely. (If NS play in 4, that will go down 1 as North needs the 6 instead of the 5!)
As it happens, West does have one useful card in the Q, but can't help with any of East's other 6 losers, so this goes down 1. But NS couldn't have made a game on perfect defense anyways, so this may be OK.

North passes, East passes, and South opens 1. That was West's best suit, so he stays quiet, and North responds with a (semi-)forcing 1NT. South rebids 2 and North has a tough decision, pass in the known fit, or go back to the at least 7-card fit. Either way turns out to be +110 today! Let's look at the more challenging 2.
Even with West's nasty surprise in , this should work out OK. If declarer manages his entries carefully, he should be able to get away with losing 3, 1, and 1, but is in danger of losing control on this hand if the defense starts off on , which it looks like they very well may.

East has a weird hand - a good shape for preempting actually, but such a terrible suit that it's not a good idea red vs. white. Instead, South opens 1 and West overcalls 1. North tries 1NT, and now East can trot out 2 without forcing anything. South probably competes with 3, and so West may have the crucial decision here of whether to raise to 3 or just pass. We know 3 is the winning action but that can be hard to see at the table. If he does pass, North corrects to 3 and that probably ends it, but let's say West does bid 3. Neither North nor South really wants to argue with that at 4, so that's likely to buy it.
Here's another case where even with a nasty trump break, declarer should be OK - losing 2, 1, and 1 (although that does mean managing the suit carefully after pulling only 1 round of trump, and that may be hard to see.)

South probably treats this as a 4-6 hand and opens 1, planning to rebid 2 and not mention the . If West weren't vulnerable he could entertain a preempt, but it's not attractive here, so he passes, and North starts with 1. East passes and South rebids 2. North knows this is headed to NT but isn't sure just how high beyond game just yet, so he can try a forcing 2 bid (should still be some kind of New Minor Forcing , but he really just wants partner to describe his hand further) or if he has minorwood available, this would be an excellent time for 4. South shows all the honors and he opened, so North can start counting tricks and will probably find it very hard to believe that there aren't 12 here, so he bids 6NT (or something else along the way if he thinks there might be a grand, but it doesn't feel like that's likely if South's rebid was only 2.)
Sure enough, there are 12 tricks here, but it does require the suit to split 3-2 so those little can be tricks. Declarer can combine that chance with the finesse by first taking a safety play in and then testing them - if they don't break, he could fall back on the finesse - 6, 4, 2 and 1, but losing a trick.

AiB Team - Robert Todd and Theri Andino Hand Analysis

West passes, North passes, and East tries 1, planning to pass pretty much whatever partner says. But South is in there first with 2 (suspecting very strongly that the opponents have a fit) and then it will be up to West to double or not. He's right on the cusp, but if he cuts partner some slack for being 3rd seat, he probably just passes, and that's likely to end the auction. (If he doubles, EW may find their way to , which North would certainly let them play.) Alternatively West could open 1 on the good 4-card suit. Let's have East play 2 either way.
This isn't easy on the 5-0 break. West needs to finesse the J and score 2, 1, 1, and 4 for 8 tricks -- managing the timing and the entries just right.
