North passes and East opens 1, so it looks like South also passes. West bids 1 and North now tries 1, so East makes a Support Double(s) . South either raises that to 2 since partner is a passed hand or makes a limit raise of 2, but in either case it looks like East is deciding what to do over 2. He may very well try 3, but South bids 3 before West can correct it to 3. (Also entirely possible that East just passes 2, but today it's right to push.)
Even if the declarer can drop the K, he'll still need to lose 1 and 2, and assuming the defense leads the , a and a ruff.

East opens 1 and South passes, so West starts with a (semi-)forcing 1NT. North also passes and East rebids 2. West could either go conservative and let that go, or be optimistic and offer 2NT. East might accept that, as he hopes his will run. If West passes, then North might balance in with a double and get South to bid unless East preemptively bids 3. Alternatively, if EW play 3/1 invitational, West could bid an immediate 3, and then East probably just bids 4 right away.
So let's look at the play in a contract. Unfortunately, the break poorly and South has just the one , so the defense can come to 1, 1, and 2, and then if they're careful, they can cut declarer off from the dummy so he has 2 more losers (especially if he's stuck leading them from his hand.)

South preempts 2, so West probably overcalls 2NT. North stays quiet, and East has nothing to add, so this looks like it. Another entirely reasonable auction is that South passes, West opens 1NT, North bids 2 DONT , East passes, and South bids his , ignoring his partner's other suit. But North knows that South couldn't/didn't preempt, so he corrects to 2 and plays it there.
If West has to play 2NT, when East has so little help, West has a really hard time with this, but fortunately he has the under control. North leads the A, but then can only get South in the one more time with the K - but he still can't come to enough tricks with just 4, 1, and 2 before North can cover the other suits. If North plays 2, he actually does OK as long as the doesn't let the defense get their 3rd trump separately - losing just 2 and 2 and probably a in the wash.

West passes and so does North (close, but K values need to be somewhere else to open this), so East opens 1, mostly planning to pass whatever Major West bids. South passes and now West offers 1, so North bids 1. East makes his Support Double(s) and South raises to 2, but West is encouraged and bids 3. Neither North nor South had a opening hand anyways, so this looks like it.
It doesn't quite work, but NS could have made their , so this should be better. West loses 1, 1, 1, and 2 to just miss making.

North opens 1 (1NT isn't crazy with 4333 and a likely useless J) and East passes, so South starts with 1. West can make an unusual 2NT bid (or 2 if that says the same thing), which disrupts North's plan to rebid 2NT, so he probably just doubles to get across a big hand. East picks 3 and South passes, so North has to decide whether to double again, try 3NT without a real stopper, or support partner's (knowing there's likely to be a bad break.) It seems like doubling again is the most likely, and South may just leave that in.
Declarer can just makes some loser-on-loser pitches of on if the defense leads them, but then just lose 2 and 2 if he sets up the while there's still trump on the board, making his doubled contract!

East opens 1NT, so South overcalls with the red suits - let's say a DONT 2. West has a game-forcing hand, so he can bid 3 as Stayman (without a stopper), but East doesn't have either Major and doesn't have a stopper, so he might try 3 hoping that AKx will act like a 4-card suit, and West accepts that to game. (It's also possible that South passed throughout and EW got to 3NT, which is a mess on the lead.)
It's a good call as this is the only making game. When the split 3-3, declarer only has to worry about losing 1 and 2 if he can find the Q (but the bidding should help with that.)

South passes, West passes, and North preempts 2. East overcalls 2, which South passes, and West has nothing really to add, so this looks like it's the end of the auction.
Declarer's suit is lovely, but that pitch doesn't save doesn't save any of his losers - 2 and 3 on South's well-placed spots.

West opens 1 and North passes, so East starts with 1. South passes and West raises to 2, so East might stop to check that West actually has 4-card support, but bids the 4 game. (A prudent East might only invite with this bad 12-count, and West would decline, but even 3 is doomed as we can see...)
This is not an unreasonable place to play, but it just doesn't work. Declarer has 1, 2, and 1 to lose, but then also has to deal with the 4-1 split (and North's singleton ) that leads to another loser.
