North opens 1 and East passes. South answers 1, and West may go ahead and overcall 2 to at least get partner a good lead option, but may also just pass. North then makes a Support Double(s) to show exactly 3-card support (priority over showing extra length or values), and so South tries to sign off in 2 if East doesn't bid 3. But North presses on with 3, and seems to buy it there.
The key to beating this hand will be leading trump before declarer can ruff a . Fortunately, the defense will get a few bites at that apple - either by starting with or by switching to them when in with the loser declarer has to give up before he can ruff. Then declarer will be left with 2, 2, and 1 to lose.

East preempts 2, first seat white vs red, to make a nuisance of himself. South passes, and while West has a pretty decent hand, he's flat with scattered values and only 2-card support for partner, so he might very well pass. (He could also try a forcing 2 or even Ogust/feature ask to see what happens, but that will get them way too high this time!) North also won't have an attractive bid over 2, so it looks like unless West said something, this is it.
It turns out today to be a good idea for West to pass as we're at the limit of the hand now. North's holding will be a problem, but declarer can hold it to 2 losers there, along with 1, 1, and then hopefully just 1 if given time to set up the - mostly by endplaying North.

South opens 1 and West passes, so North starts with 1. East passes, and South rebids 1 (or better yet, 1, if he thinks that will make an easier future auction) to show his unbalanced hand. North now proceeds with the game-forcing 4th suit, whichever it may be (and being careful to make sure are game forcing if that's the 4th suit). South likely shows the Major he hasn't yet shown, and so North really has nowhere else to go but 3NT. A possible shorter auction is also 1 - 1 - 1 - 3NT.
It turns out that the slam is here, but it's on several favorable lies and good guesses, so this is fine too. Declarer can come to 1, 6, and 3 right off the top, and then will have a chance to work on some unless the defense led .

West passes and North opens 1NT, which East also passes. South transfers to , which North may be tempted to superaccept, but even if he doesn't, South will bid 3NT and North will correct to 4.
It's not hard for East to lead the singleton , but since his winners are natural anyways, it won't matter. Declarer will always lose those 2, but then can avoid the loser by forcing East into a ruff-sluff endplay by playing off all his and and and then throwing East in with a . (Also possible that declarer ducks the first and is then held to just 10 tricks.)

North passes and East opens 2. If South weren't vulnerable, he might say something, but since he is, he probably stays quiet, and so West responds positively (likely with 2.) Now East has to choose between showing his and showing his balanced hand with NT - but since he's at the tippy-top of a 2NT rebid, he may choose to go ahead and show the first. 2 brings 4 from West, and since that should deny a Keycard, East should be persuaded to stop with 2 potential immediate losers (or a and a finesse to worry about).
Sure enough, there's a loser, and the K is offside, so this is a good stop. (Note that if East had gone with 2NT instead, West bids Stayman and they still get to 4.)

East passes and South bids 1NT. West could overcall something like a DONT 2, but at these colors, it's not terribly attractive. Instead, he passes, and North gets to bid 2 as Drop Dead Stayman. South shows and that is totally fine by North.
It turns out EW could have made a bunch of , but this is fine for NS. Declarer lose 2, 1, and 1, but then also the defense has a chance to either get East a ruff if they're careful (or just make a second loser for declarer.)

South opens 1 and West overcalls , probably with 2. North bids 3, and East probably just passes. South has nothing more to add, and since West already made his preempt, this might buy the contract. (Alternate auctions will happen if West just overcalls 1 - probably 2 from North, double from East, and now 2 from West, but in any case it seems highly unlikely that EW will get to their game; also possible that North just passes over 2.)
So let's say NS play in a contract - it happens that West could have made 10 tricks in , but beating a vulnerable contract a few tricks probably matchpoints about as well. In 3, South loses a lot of tricks - 2, 2, 1, and then the get ruffed probably at least once, and the are an overruff position as well!

AiB Team - Robert Todd and Theri Andino Hand Analysis

West opens 1 and North overcalls 1 (less of a good idea to double with an actual 5-card Major suit.) East has nothing to say, and South makes the limit raise cuebid of 2 (or goes low and just bids 2). North likes the sound of that and bids game (maybe even splintering in on the way), but South is fine with just 4.
Once again, the opponents' bidding pinpoints most of the outstanding points, so it's not hard for declarer to pick up the for just one loser. If he also gets the right (possible if he ever learns about West's length), then he can also avoid a loser there, and guessing the Q with West leaves no other losers for 12 tricks!
