AiB Team - Robert Todd and Theri Andino Hand Analysis

North passes and East opens 1NT. South has some shape, so might throw in a 2-suited bid like a DONT 2. West has an invitational hand, so using some system like Lebensohl , he could double to simply show values. North passes and East probably just lets that go with his completely flat hand that's not really accepting an invitation. (Alternately, East could bid 2 over the double, which West would probably raise, and then they'd play 3 and possibly go down, unless 2 was showing a minimum and West could pass.)
Doubling partscores is often tricky, but if they defend properly, EW should be able to beat this. Declarer loses 1 (maybe 2 on a bad guess), 2, 1, and 2 for down at least 1 - and while EW could maybe have eked out a better score than +100 (but not +300!), this should score well.

East passes, careful not to over-evaluate a 4414 hand, and South preempts 3. West doubles to keep in the picture, risking playing an inferior contract instead of , and North passes. East now can get a little excited about his hand and bid 4, also confident partner has very few because of how many he himself holds.
Declarer can make this, but it needs to be on a line of ruffing as many as possible, since the won't set up. That way, declarer can lose probably 2 and 1 when getting back to his hand enough times to ruff all the becomes difficult (and/or the opponents lead trump.)

South opens 1 and West passes. If North can make a 3 over 1 Invitational bid of 3, this is a good hand for it; otherwise, he starts with a (semi-)forcing 1NT. East passes and over 3, South picks a game and bids it - either 4 or 4; over 1NT, South probably rebids 3, which North takes to game by bidding 4 on the way, which South could pass or correct to 4.
So let's look at South playing 4, as he has the chance for the most tricks there (even though that's not how the auction is likely to go, play along.) He can pull trump by overtaking the K, set up the , take the finesse for a pitch, and just lose those 2 Aces in West's hand. (Notice how much things change if East gets to lead a from the beginning and if are trump!)

West opens 1, which North passes. East raises to 2, and South doubles. West has a minimum, yes, but just found at least a 9-card fit, so should bid a blocking 3, which is likely to buy the contract.
Turns out that West could have bid even more! With East's Aces and the (somewhat surprisingly) in-the-pocket Q, declarer only has to lose 1, 1, and 1, but likely plays for the Q to drop, failing, and loses that trick too.

North opens 1 and East could make a nuisance of himself and overcall 3. That leaves South in a weird position, but he probably just (trap) passes, and West passes too. Now North comes back in with 4, and South corrects that to 4. If instead North doubles, South passes, but that turns out to score less well.
This is a lovely game to be in, even with the terrible trump break. Declarer loses just 1 and the probably one of those long when are led, but all the honors are in the pocket, so that works out. (Of course this also means 6 could be made by losing just that 1 !)

East passes and South has a little bit of a tricky and messy hand, but probably preempts 2 (although some may open 1 and some may pass with so many stray honors.) West passes and North makes a forcing 2 bid. South raises to 3 on the honor-doubleton, and North goes to game.
Lots of tricks here in either Major - declarer just loses the top 2 tricks and then can navigate the , pitching losers on whatever Major is not the trump suit, although picking up the is not the easiest.

South passes and West opens 1NT since he'd have rebid problems if he opened 1 and partner bid 1NT. North passes and East transfers to . West accepts, East bids 3NT, and that looks like that.
While it is true that declarer could lose just the A and make the rest of the tricks, that requires dropping the singleton K, and that's not terribly likely. More probable is that declarer comes to up to 11 tricks with 5, 2, 1/2/3, and 2.

West passes and North opens 1. East overcalls 1, and South passes. West hopes for a better playing place with 1NT (maybe 2, maybe 2), and North probably rebids 2. No one really knows it yet, but things are very precarious for anyone who bids now (and already are for North)! EW's best option is to let North play this 2, but East could rebid those or West could now try 2 (or if West bid 2 earlier, he probably plays it there.)
But let's stick with North getting to play 2. He loses 3, 1, and 1, and then has to deal with his trump suit for at least 2 more losers. If instead West had played 2, South will be a nuisance and bring that down 1.
