North passes and East opens 1. South doubles for takeout, and West just bids 1NT (a little heavy, but best considering the interference - could also bid a heavy 2 or even redouble), and North passes. East passes, and South probably now just lets it go.
West could get up to 8 tricks here, but that may be a little tricky given the bidding, as he's unlikely to drop the Qx in South. So instead, he probably gets 1, 2, 3, and 1 to just make.

East probably passes this one, although some partnerships may treat this as an opening hand, and South passes as well. West passes too, and so North gets to open 1. Now East can bid 1, South doubles to show exactly 4-card , and West bumps to 2. North bids 2 (maybe even 3), and it seems like that might be the end of it.
But the stars line up well for North here! He only needs to lose 1 (since are 3-3 also) and 1 if he gets all the finesses right, and he really only has one way to take any of them.

South opens 1, West passes, and North responds a (semi-)forcing 1NT. East overcalls 2, and so South, who was on the borderline anyways, just rebids 2, and that looks like it buys the contract.
But if the defense is on their toes, they can beat this. They can come to 2, 1, and 3 (the A, a ruff in East, and an eventual uppercut/ promotion for West).

West passes and North opens 2NT, which East passes. South can then make an easy 3NT bid.
Declarer will have to be careful with transportation, but should be able to come to 2, 3, 5, and 1.

North opens 1NT, and East passes, so South bids Stayman. West passes, North shows , and South puts the contract in 3NT.
While it's true that 6 could work here, it's very very difficult to find, and most players will be here in 3NT. Declarer comes to 5, 1, 3, and 2.

East passes, South passes, West passes, and North opens 1NT. South transfers to , and it generally feels like that passes out when neither East nor West really wants to say anything vulnerable.
So EW could make 2, but North in 2 is also OK. He loses 1, 3, and 1.

South passes, West passes, and North opens 1 with an eye on rebidding 2NT. But East overcalls 1, South passes, and West bids 1NT, so North is a little bit shut out! He could double, in which case South picks 2, and now West has to just be quiet because he doesn't want partner to run.
North is likely going down in this contract, so West will get his positive score as declarer loses 1, 3, and a bunch of .

West passes, North passes, and East opens 1. South doubles that, West passes again, and North bids 2. East rebids 3, South bids 3. West passes that, but North bids 4, and now East should introduce his if he's going to bid. West is happy with that, but while North might like to play 5, he stretched already to bid 4, so he passes, and South probably doesn't have a double either!
4 could be beaten pretty badly, but also allowed to make with overtricks on a pretty simple defensive slip, but this one should go down almost off the top as declarer loses 3 black tricks. (And 5 can make too!)
