AiB Team - Robert Todd and Theri Andino Hand Analysis

North passes and East opens 1. South passes and West starts with 1 (or potentially a game-forcing 2.) East rebids 1, so West game forces with an artificial 2 (but might also consider just 3NT right now.) East rebids 2 to show more of his shape, and West probably just bids 3NT, not knowing partner has all these extra values. Now it will be up to East to move again - and he should, with such a prime and powerful hand. 4 as minorwood would be perfect here (or just as a forward-going cuebid) - and when partner shows 1 Keycard and then the Q, East probably bids 6, which West may correct to 6NT since he has all these tricks that partner doesn't really know about, but also may be concerned that this slam is being bid on shortness, not the A, and pass.
Indeed, all 13 tricks are here - 5, 6, 1, and 1.

East passes, South passes, and West opens 1. North overcalls 1, and East needs to say something but probably just doubles (1NT not totally outside realm of possibility.) South passes, West rebids 2 (or maybe 1NT this time), and North bids 2. Neither East nor West wants to bid beyond that, and South has nothing to add, so here we are.
Getting to the dummy is very tricky - basically involves guessing what's happening in - but is only a one-time trip anyways, so declarer is still going to lose 2, 1, and 1.

South passes, West passes, and North opens 1NT. East passes, and South likely just bids a direct 3NT.
As long as East leads a (which is actually a little distasteful because of all the tenaces, and it turns out that the prescribed lead of the Q gives the contract away because it gives declarer a second stopper), the defense can get themselves 4, 1, and 1 when West returns when in with the A (and doesn't duck it to give declarer 4, 4, and 1 first!)

West passes and North opens 1, or even better, 1NT. East passes and South might just bid 3NT without asking Stayman because he's 4333.
So this will come down to the opening lead - if the defense gets off to (which would be easy for West to do, so this is an important hand for North to declare in NT), they can get 4 and 1 to beat the contract, but if East leads the more likely from his hand, declarer will have a chance to set up the while he still has a stopper and make the contract. The defense may also get a second bite at the apple if declarer doesn't get the right.

North passes, East passes, and South opens 1. West can overcall 1, and so North doubles with 4-4 in the Majors. East bids 1, South bids 3 (at least - maybe even 3), and West passes. North can tell partner doesn't have many now, which kills some of his values, but he also has the double fit in , so he may go ahead and bid 4. If East got a raise from West, it's not hard to foresee this sacrifice to 4, and North has a clear double of that. It's also possible NS stalled out in 3, which EW should just let them play.
4 was making (if bid), so 4 is a good idea, and declarer loses just 2, 1, and 1 right away, and then if South leads , can get North a ruff.

East passes, South passes, and West can scrape up a 3rd seat 1 bid. North may pass that or double, but East bids 1 in either case, and South bids 1NT (probably only over a double.) If South passes because North passed, then West can rebid 1NT. In any case, it seems like whichever side gets to 1NT first gets to play it there.
Let's say it's NS. South might even get an extra trick if West leads them, but he always can get 2, 1, 2 (maybe only 1 if given an extra ), and 2, although there will need to be a lot of finessing to get all those tricks.

South passes and West opens 1. North passes and East responds with a (semi-)forcing 1NT. West rebids 2NT, still showing 18-19 points, and so now East can introduce his at 3 with a forcing bid (or just bid 4 now since he knows partner is balanced, especially if he's worried that partner might not take 3 as forcing.) West bids 3NT (not knowing there are 6 in East's hand), and East probably corrects to 4, but it's unlikely the bidding goes past that.
But as everything falls out, the only thing declarer has to lose is the A when the can be set up for pitches in and .

West opens 1 and North overcalls 3 (maybe just 2 with such a weak hand), so East just bids 3NT (or 3 over 2.) Now South has actually a very nice hand, so he probably bids 4 with more than half a hope that partner could make it. Now West can bid 5 (confirming for everyone that there's a lot of shape happening on this hand), and North passes. East does like this idea, so he passes, and South probably gives up at this point. If East had been the first person to bid , he could consider bidding 6 since his K is protected.
He may not have thought of it this way, but South could have taken a good sacrifice in 5. Here in 5 by West, though, the defense can legitimately get 2 tricks if North leads them right away, but he probably won't, and so declarer could lose no tricks if declarer finesses the correctly and drops the K.
